Need to submit required forms in order to receive an iPad!

Please note that we rolled out the iPads to students beginning the week of August 31st through the English Language Arts classes! Parents and families please make sure to sign the required documents included in your child's enrollment packets. It is important that you especially sign the documents related to the iPads including the Internet Use agreement forms, pay any fines, and that your child be up to date with their TDAP immunizations.  If you have any questions please call the office at (559) 782-7100.
