Pennies for Patients

Bartlett Middle School's Pennies for Patients Campaign has come to an end! We raised $1,083.90! THANK YOU BMS students and staff for your donations! Every single penny is going to count towards fighting cancer!

Since 1994, millions of dollars have been raised in pennies and other spare change by more than 10 million elementary, middle and high school students throughout the country. Everyone who participates is a winner!

Congratulations to Bartlett student Daniel Tripp for placing first & Ali Starling for placing second in our Annual Spelling Bee! Both students will be representing Bartlett and competing at the Tulare County level at the Visalia Convention Center! Wish them a huge Bobcat best! Also, a huge thanks to Teacher Mrs. Starling for all of her work in organizing our Spelling Bee!

Academic Vocabulary words of the week!

ACADEMIC VOCABULARY: The words for this week are CAPABLE and STRATEGY.  CAPABLE is an adjective which means having the  ability to do something well.  For example:  All students are CAPABLE of following the rules at Bartlett.  STRATEGY is a noun which means a plan to reach a goal.  For example:  A winning team has developed more than one STRATEGY for beating opponents.

PATHWAY FRIDAYS: Middle School Students and Parents are encouraged to attend a Pathway Tour session on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2 or FRIDAY, DECEMBER 9. There are two sessions offered each day-- Session 1: 9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. and Session 2: 12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.
