Enrollment Forms Needed!

Bartlett parents are reminded that many students have not turned in all or part of their enrollment packet. The enrollment packets were handed out to students at the beginning of the year. Parents must be aware that students who have not turned in a completed Acceptable Use Agreement will not be allowed access to the internet or use devices needed to complete classroom assignments. Parents must also be aware that students who have not turned in an income verification form will be placed on the ineligible list and not be allowed to participate in extra school activities or sports.

We urge our parents to call the school office at 559.782.7100 if they have any questions or concerns regarding their enrollment packet and the needed information. We are here to help and support you.

We hope you'll make an effort to ensure that all forms are received by our office by Friday, September 13.
