Healthy Kids Survey

Porterville Unified School District is asking all parents to please take a few moments to complete the Healthy Kids Survey. The information collected from this survey is an important part of the planning process for the district and the schools. Many decisions about funding and the use of district resources are made based on the information collected from the survey.
