Conference Week is Coming Up!

Bobcat teachers will be holding Parent Teacher Conferences here at Bartlett Middle School during the week of October 15th through the 19th. During this week, students will be released at 1:45 each day. Teachers will be scheduling 10 minute appointments with parents from 1:50 to 3:50 PM each day that week. This is a great opportunity for parents to meet with teachers and review their students’ progress.

At this time, teachers are making efforts to contact parents whose students are failing their classes. If your student is failing or nearly failing a class, we hope that they will be able to reach you and set up an appointment to meet. Parents wishing to make an appointment for a conference may call the school or contact teachers via email. Email addresses are available on the staff directory tab on this website.

If you do not receive a phone call from any of your child’s teachers regarding his or her grades, but you would still like to meet for conferences then Wednesday, October 17th will be left open for walk-in appointments. You may come in and meet with teachers anytime between 1:50 and 3:30pm.
