Parent Teacher Conferences at Bartlett

Please be aware that we will be holding Parent-Teacher Conferences here at Bartlett Middle School during the week of October 14 through the 18. During this week, students will be released at 1:45 each day. Teachers will be scheduling 10-minute appointments with parents from 1:50 to 3:50 PM each day that week. This is a great opportunity for parents to meet with teachers and review their students’ progress.

At this time, teachers are making efforts to contact parents whose students are failing their classes. If your student is failing or nearly failing a class, we hope that they will be able to reach you and set up an appointment to meet. Parents wishing to make an appointment for a conference may call the school or contact teachers via email. Email addresses are available at our website at

If you do not receive a phone call from any of your child’s teachers regarding his or her grades, but you would still like to meet for conferences then Wednesday, October 16th will be left open for walk-in appointments. You may come in and meet with teachers anytime between 1:50 and 3:30 pm.

Please call us at 559.782.7100 if you have any questions.

Enrollment Forms Needed!

Bartlett parents are reminded that many students have not turned in all or part of their enrollment packet. The enrollment packets were handed out to students at the beginning of the year. Parents must be aware that students who have not turned in a completed Acceptable Use Agreement will not be allowed access to the internet or use devices needed to complete classroom assignments. Parents must also be aware that students who have not turned in an income verification form will be placed on the ineligible list and not be allowed to participate in extra school activities or sports.

We urge our parents to call the school office at 559.782.7100 if they have any questions or concerns regarding their enrollment packet and the needed information. We are here to help and support you.

We hope you'll make an effort to ensure that all forms are received by our office by Friday, September 13.

Thank you and goodnight.

Income Verification Forms Urgently Requested

We would like to remind parents of the importance of completing and returning an Income verification form. The income verification form is pink and was included in your child's enrollment packet which was sent home during the first week of school.

We are encouraging parents to fill out the form as completely as possible and return it to school as soon as possible. It is very important since a good deal of our school and district funds are determined by the information we collect from our families.

We encourage you to contact us if you need a new copy of the form or if you have any questions about how to complete it. We are here to help. Please call us at 782.7100 if you have any questions.

Thank you!
